A program held in San Miguel de Allende that brings together top-tier American voice and opera teachers and young Mexican opera singers, with the aim of equipping them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed and compete on the international stage.

The program aims to train a new generation of Mexican opera singers and teachers who will go on to teach these methods in Mexico. Between 10 and 12 young singers are selected, and for three weeks they receive singing lessons, training sessions, acting classes for singers, and master classes; in addition, they receive extensive language training, diction training, and what is known as bodywork for managing physical tension, which is very important in vocal technique.

In the end, two concerts are held featuring the singers.
